Our family home sits nestled in the dunes facing the Atlantic Ocean. The wraparound porch provides unbelievable views and space to host dinner, curl up with a book or sunbathe. Step off the porch onto a path that takes you right down to the water! It's the perfect getaway where you can truly relax and get lulled to sleep listening to the waves. PLEASE NOTE- NO PARKING ON PROPERTY BUT SECURED PERMIT FOR PARKING PROVIDED Our house is an original beach house- its quirky, ultra comfortable and rich with family history. We provide you with all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, stocked dining room, washer/dryer and wall of books. On the porch you will find comfortable furniture and a dining table that seats 6, a gas grill and an outdoor cold/warm shower. The entire house + deck is there for you to enjoy! As for parking, we provide you with on-street parking passes for 2 vehicles. We will just need your registration information. We are close by and are available 24 hours to assist you in any way possible. Plum island is a barrier reef island situated in Northeastern Massachusetts. A small portion is residential, but the majority is home to the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge. This is an ideal destination for bird watchers, beach combing and biking. The city of Newburyport is 5 minutes away. A charming city full of great restaurants, shopping and maritime history. We will provide you with parking passes for up to 2 cars for Northern Boulevard. We just need your registration information in order to secure the passes. There is no public transportation, but Newburyport is a short car or bike ride away. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM.
