The Carriage House on the the North Shore of Oahu has a stunning views of the ocean and sunsets from your own second story lanai. This property is nestled in a quiet residential community-a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploration. We do not host weddings, parties or gatherings. The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30-days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. Rates based on a 30 day rental period. The space The Carriage House on the the North Shore of Oahu has a stunning views of the ocean and sunsets from the second story lanai. The Pupukea Carriage House has a dining space perfect for home cooked meals and excellent viewing of the sunset. This property also has a full kitchen and bath and a separate space with 2 queen beds. Five minutes down the road, you will find the beautiful beaches of the North Shore, including Waimea Bay, Pipeline, Turtle Beach, Three Tables and Shark's Cove. These beaches offer fabulous swimming & diving and great surf. Going the opposite direction, up in the mountains, you will find wonderful hiking/biking trails with views that will take your breath away. Near by is Waimea Falls and arboretum. This location is perfect for being out of the city and in a quiet country atmosphere. The Turtle Bay Resort and Haleiwa town are a mere 15 min. drive away. Guest access This property is on a large one acre lot, with lawn, lush landscape, fruit trees and gardens. Other things to note Please note an Australian Shepherd dog and Pygmy Goat do live on property and owners have 3 kids (13, 11 & 6) There are stairs to access the entrance to the Pupukea Carriage House. We are a non-smoking and non-vaping property. It is not allowed anywhere inside or outside of property. We do not host large groups, weddings or events. Only one car is permitted and we have strict no guest policy. We do ask for a signed contract separate from Airbnb to provide transparency for our house rules.
