Enjoy your stay in New Orleans like a local in this 1870's Greek Revival double shotgun house. We are located on the revitalizing OC Haley corridor and a short 4 block walk from St Charles and the street car. Our home is very spacious and features 2 baths and 3 bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom features a queen bed and the downstairs bedroom is two conjoined rooms with a queen bed in on and twin in the other. There is room for an additional guest to sleep on the sofa if needed. The space The space The house is 4 blocks from St. Charles Ave where you can hop on the street car and head to the CBD, French Quarter or the beautiful tree lined street Uptown. Mardi Gras Parades happen on St Charles as well. The Garden Ditrict is a 10 minute walk. Magazine st. a 20 min walk. Convention Center is 1.1 miles away and a $8-$10 uber ride. All bedrooms have comfy beds Sealy, Simmons or memory foam mattresses with nice high thread count soft sheets. All bedrooms feature large windows. The kitchen is equipped with cooking equipment and a coffee maker. Living room has a chaise sofa for extra sleeping a large smart TV. Dishwasher, washer & dryer are available for use. My husband and I live next door and are available to assist if needed. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. The fee is $125 for the first 7 days and another $125 for each week after per pet. Pets are limited to 20lbs or smaller. Please notify us at the time of booking if you will be bringing a pet. Guest access Access is available for the entire house and use of the front porch. Access to the back yard is not provided at this time. Other things to note The downstairs bedrooms are New Orleans style shotgun which means you walk through the queen room to get to the single bedroom.
