This is an apt with other people living on the same floor. Full bed, bureau, closet, mini fridge, electric kettle & window AC unit. Born & Bread for breakfast, Juice Bar for ice cream & dozens of restaurants nearby. Walk to ferries & beach; towels & beach chairs provided. No Wifi or TV. Mixed use building, retail below. The space Corner single room studio with private bathroom en suite. Two windows over looking small park in the back of the house. The studio is small, like the size of a standard hotel room. The building is a shared building, with retail on the ground floor; neighbors close by. The room is cleaned professionally after each guest. I am only responsible for the room and not responsible for the building, which is not maintained or cleaned by me. The building is older, as are many on island. The unit itself is charming, renovated and well maintained, but not sound proof! The neighbors work on island. You will not find a better value anywhere in town!! Guest access The apt is on the second floor of a multi use building. There is a public garden in the back of the building that is maintained by the stores on the ground floor, and next door is lovely little park. Both areas are open to the public. The building is located right in the center of town so you can walk to everything! Headed to the beach? Walk to the town beaches, or hop on the bus or in an uber to get out to the South Shore Beaches. Other things to note Perfect vacation getaway, located in the center of town so you won't waste time sitting in traffic to get to your favorite activities. There is no TV or WiFi so either bring a hot spot or enjoy an escape from your electronics!
