No smoking anywhere on the property and no pets. Tenant agrees to replace lost or missing beach badges. The space Absolutely NO smoking or pets are allowed in this rental. There is space for 2 to park off street, but more vehicles can be parked on the street in front of the rental. Other things to note Owner supplies 2 beach badges.
