Beautiful, newer construction townhome located on the bay side, just 8 houses from the ocean and 8 houses from the bay. Our townhome features 2 bedrooms , 2 full baths (one has a tub), outside shower, full kitchen, 3 tvs, washer/dryer, roof top deck, paver patio, hardwood floors throughout. A short walk to the ocean or the bay. Owner supplies 2 beach badges. No smoking anywhere on the property and no pets. Tenant agrees to replace lost or missing beach badges. The space Absolutely NO smoking or pets are allowed in this rental. There is space for 2 to park off street, but more vehicles can be parked on the street in front of the rental. Other things to note Owner supplies 2 beach badges. Tenant agrees to replace lost or missing beach badges. Children 11 and under are free and do not require a badge. No smoking anywhere on the property and no pets. Breakdown of mattresses in our home: living room: full size mattress in the sleeper sofa bedroom with the bunk beds: in addition to twin mattresses in the bunk beds, there is a trundle mattress underneath the bottom bunk that rolls out. bedroom with the queen mattress: under the queen matress there is a twin mattress that slides out; that is a thick mattress (not a thinner, trundle mattress). In total, there are 6 mattresses, but when my family stays at the house it feels like more than 5 people can be tight in the living room / kitchen / living spaces that is why we limit it to 5 guests.
