The space is renovated with new flooring and furniture as well as a new kitchenette with state-of-the-art appliances. Laundry room, bathroom and walk-in closets. Small room attached to one of the bedrooms is a bonus bedroom that can be used as a baby or toddlers room or an office (interchangeable crib/toddler bed with crib sheets and desk inside room). Guests also have use of the outdoor shower (with hot water). 1 bedroom has a queen sized bed and futon, the other bedroom has a full-sized bed. Bonus bedroom with crib/ toddler bed. There is a full-sized pull out couch sleeper in the living room. The kitchen has every amenity except a stove - but we have an oversized microwave, a toaster oven, a double burner hot plate and an outdoor gas grill for cooking. Owners live upstairs! Guest access Hottub, game room, skate bowl, outdoor grill, huge yard, laundry room, outdoor shower. Other things to note TAXES ARE INCLUDED IN THE NIGHTLY RATE.
