House for family and big groups on the central Jersey Shore - next to a free public beach, walking distance from amusement park, and view of the city skyline. Only one hour away from NYC by train/ferry. Please note the bedroom policy in the House Rules section. Groups with guests under 21 in age must have at least one adult staying at the house. Guests from all backgrounds welcome. Guest access Depending on the number of guests, some bedrooms may be closed. Please see House Rules section for bedroom policy.
