Indoors, the custom kitchen features teak cabinets, new stainless appliances and concrete counters. My condo has wood flooring throughout (no carpeting). The kitchen is well equipped to enjoy cooking or grilling. There is all new bedding, linens and towels. This lower level condo allows the Trade winds to come right in. Every room has a ceiling fan. Enjoy a 5 minute walk to the Westin Resort for Starbucks or dinner at their indoor or outdoor dining areas. The whole condo is yours! Just a few feet away from the back lanai is the large pool with lounge chair seating. The pool house has extra grills, a ping pong table and corn hole. There's a storage closet at the condo with plenty of beach gear: 4 beach chairs, several umbrellas, coolers, 2 boogie boards, beach towels, and snorkeling gear. We live about 10 minutes from the condo and can be available if you need anything, just text or call. My son Sam handles most correspondence. We let our guests do a self check in. About a week before your arrival, Sam will send you the code to the lock box to retrieve the key. There will be suggestions and recommendations waiting for you at the condo and several guide books about Kauai are there for your use. If you need more help or advise, please feel free to ask. Princeville is a very beautiful, scenic neighborhood on the north shore of Kauai. Located on a bluff overlooking the Pacific, this resort community has restaurants, shopping, yoga, two world-class golf courses, walking paths and gorgeous views of the mountains with waterfalls. You are in walking distance to one of Kauai's many beaches. Also, a short walk to a Starbucks at the Westin Resort. Princeville Center with it's grocery store, restaurants, food court and shops is a 10 - 15 minute walk. But to see all that Kauai has to offer, you need to rent a car. All your paper needs for kitchen and bathroom are supplied. All your soaps for kitchen, bath and laundry are supplied. There is wifi. The Hawaiian accommodation tax (17.9%) IS INCLUDED.
