Luana Ola, Ocean View Tropical Gulch near Waipio

Light & airy 2 bedrooms, two bath in town, master bath has whirlpool tub, near restaurants, shops, groceries and theater, sleeps 5, fully equiped kitchen, crock pot, pressure cooker, blender, etc., queen size bed, wireless internet, washer/dryer, BBQ in back yard, garage, perfect location between Hilo and Kona, close to Waipio Valley, no fog. The space The pictures do not do justice to the beautiful ocean view. Sitting in the back yard with the BBQ and the ocean breeze blowing is heavenly. The bedrooms are small but the living/dining area is large, light and airy. The master bath has a whirlpool tub. Both toilets have bidet attachments for better personal hygiene. No airconditioning or central heat but they are rarely needed. Each room has a ceiling fan and with the windows all open, the air circulation is great. There is a small portable heater if needed in the winter. With free wireless internet and the HD TV you can watch your Netflix, Amazon or other servces. You can walk to the theater, shops, farmers market and grocery store. Beach towels are available for your use. Pack N Play & Umbroller available upon request. Possible noise from coquis and neighbors rosters. Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise should not unreasonably disturb the neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
