You will have access to the entire house. We have people available most days from 7:30 AM - 9:00 PM to answer any questions and help with whatever comes up. Our office is open everyday from 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM and Thai Thai Bistro and Bar can help from 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM everyday but Wednesday. Volcano Village is a quiet little town located only a mile from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Busses run very little in Volcano Village. We recommend guests rent a car at the airport to get to us and to get around the island. We have a free parking space for each unit. Uber, Lyft, and cab services operate out of Hilo 30 miles away, so they tend to be expensive to get to the village or the park. The water in the unit is non-potable. This means it is not safe to drink by government standards. We do provide a couple of gallons of drinking water in a small water cooler type dispenser.
