We are in a fabulous location. It is a 2 BR - One BR has a queen and the other a twin and double. Full Bathtub/shower upstairs. On main floor in the LR is a pullout Queen with a dreamy gel mattress. Fully stocked eat in kitchen for 8 and 1/2 bath. Quiet (shared) back yard with grill and small fire pit. Cellar - washer and dryer. Plenty of off street parking. Walk 1/2 of a mile to the family oriented beach or 1/2 of a mile to Main Street shopping, dining and night life. A little over a mile and you can be by the docks jumping a boat to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard or a fabulous show at the Melody Tent.
