Brand new 2019 2 bedroom + loft (sleeping area), 2 full bath, modern design cottage with a wonderful location just steps from the Lake, the Surf ballroom and downtown Clear Lake. The master bedroom features a king bed and en suite 3/4 bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds with a full bathroom right outside the door. The loft area is accessible by loft ladder and sleeps two. Enjoy views of the lake from the shaded front deck and from the west facing living room window. Welcome! Our 2019 cottage aspires to be cozy yet modern. Large windows with with natural light flood the kitchen and living room. An open kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and farmhouse sink make cooking a joy. The open floor plan allows togetherness. The new 50” Roku TV is mounted above a candle lit fireplace. We have Directv Stream with an extensive channel selection. You may also access Roku TV and/or login to Netflix or Amazon Prime should you have those accounts. Lounge in the brown leather sectional and chair after exploring all the things our unique community has to offer. Entire home, garage, deck, driveway, and side yards. Please don’t use back yard and don’t park so that your vehicle blocks the sidewalk. Available to answer questions via the AirBnB app. We are conveniently located 1 block from both Surf ballroom and the Lake. We are 5 short blocks from downtown Clear Lake and the Seawall. There is a public dock 1 block away at the end of our street and the Main Street boat access is also 5 blocks away. There is ample street parking for the boat. Walking or biking are the best ways to get around our neighborhood as we are but blocks from the main attractions of Clear Lake! But driving is also completely fine. Lots of parking around town. The front door is keyless entry and a code will be provided prior to check-in. The six (6) person maximum applies to ALL guests, not just overnight guests, and is Clear Lake City code. For example, if you are a party of six, you may not host others at our cottage for meals or to hang out. You may not use our house as a gathering place. Should you wish to have local friends over for a short period of time, host permission must be given in advance of check-in. Any violations will result in immediate eviction from our cottage and refunds will not be issued.
