It has cable TV, a DVD player, and Internet access. It also includes linens, beach towels, 2 boogie boards, masks,fins and snorkels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. As a courtesy to my guests before I confirm I always make sure they know that the premises are strictly non-smoking and there is no place close by outside where smoking is allowed. This applies to all types of smoking and e-cigarettes. So, non-smokers normally enjoy staying at the condo. People who smoke are much happier staying at a place where smoking is allowed. Also my grandchildren stay there quite frequently. They have asthma and cannot even tolerate a small amount of smoke residue.
