There is a living room area with cable tv, a Nintendo Mini, and internet. In addition to the lovely space, there is a private wraparound lanai that looks directly over a popular trailhead or you can sit on the more private side overlooking a lush tropical landscape. Our home is powered by the sun and we have battery backup during outages. Guest access Guests access studio through garage or from private back entrance. Studio is up the stairs, from a common foyer and has a locking door. Other things to note **Please note there is no AC but there are ample windows to create an excellent crossbreeze that moves through the apartment.
