This unit includes a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. A bonus room with queen pullout and smart TV is located just off the covered lanai. The Aloha Pupukea Cottage is nestled on an acre lot filled with lush landscape, fruit trees. Multiple dwellings on the property. Guests have access to garden and other outdoor spaces on property Owner lives on property and can address any issues, concerns and/or offer suggestions. Located in a quite neighborhood above Renowned snorkel spot - Shark's Cove and Three Tables. Within 10 minute drive of the fabled beaches of Waimea, Pipeline and Sunset Beach. Great hiking trails within walking distance of property and others within 5 miles. You need a car to get to and from our property to the beaches. Please note an Australian Shepherd dog and Pygmy Goat do live on property and owners have 3 kids (16, 14 & 9) Bedroom includes queen bed and bonus room has queen sleeper sofa. We are a non-smoking and non-vaping property. It is not allowed anywhere inside or outside of property. We do not host large groups, weddings or events. Only one car is permitted and we have strict no guest policy. We do ask for a signed contract separate from Airbnb to provide transparency of our house rules. There are two ring cameras on property.
