The space The Aloha Pupukea Cottage includes full kitchen, living space, full bathroom, front lanai and back deck downstairs and upstairs bedroom with queen bed and a balcony- perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty nature has to offer at sunset! This unit includes a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. A bonus room with queen pullout and smart TV is located just off the covered lanai. Guest access The Aloha Pupukea Cottage is nestled on an acre lot filled with lush landscape, fruit trees. Multiple dwellings on the property. Guests have access to garden and other outdoor spaces on property Other things to note Please note an Australian Shepherd dog does live on property and owners have 3 kids (18, 16 & 11) Bedroom includes queen bed and bonus room has queen sleeper sofa. We are a non-smoking and non-vaping property. It is not allowed anywhere inside or outside of property. We do not host large groups, weddings or events. Only one car is permitted and we have strict no guest policy. We do ask for a signed contract separate from Airbnb to provide transparency of our house rules.
