Private Bedroom on the Main strip of Historic Honokaa town! Just 1 mins walk to town with shops & restaurants! 10 mins to Waipio Valley with black sand beaches & Waterfalls, the 2nd most visited spot on island! There's a historic koi pond in the courtyard and outside hallway that leads to 2 shared bathrooms & Full Kitchen! Free wifi and smart TV! We are north central so it's great for going either side to Hilo or Kona & Waipio! Adults only. We are north so we do not get any VOG and is safe from the volcanic activity with the best air quality all year round. The Volcano room has a single bed and is for 1 guest only it is our smallest room and cheapest What's nice is it has windows all around. This is the only room without a ceiling fan, however we have a portable small fan, depends when you stay if it's during the winter months you won't need a fan cause it's pretty cool at night. If you want bigger space the Master bedroom is large or Hamakua room is med size for just $5 more our Mauna Kea room has it's own entrance and Waipio Studio is largest with it's own kitchenette. We have had many guests staying in this room and didn't mind because they are out most of the day and would prefer to save the money. Property Hawaii Tax # - TAT Tax ID: TA-202-859-1104-01 Honokaa HI 96727 The Hawaiin complex has a total of 5 bedrooms. They all are private with a keyless lock so you can check in at your convenience from 4pm-9pm, all you need is a code to get in. The Volcano private room labeled #3 room, is in located in the 3 bedroom house section of the Hawaiian Complex, you punch in the code and the key will be hanging by the bedroom door for added security. The house has a 48 inch TV in the shared living room and seating area. When you walk out of the house you have an outside open air walk way outside with koi pond and garden connecting to the 2 shared bathrooms, shared full kitchen with stove oven, coffeemaker, pots pans dishes etc. The walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper I recommend the Mauna kea Room which has it’s own direct entrance to room or the Waipio on the opposite end of the complex and direct entrance to room. The outside walk way is designed for good energy and feng shui plus it's away from the sleeping area making it's more quiet. You get to enjoy the original historic plantation style home, truly one of a kind. This is the reason why I fell in love with the property, you don't get to experience these style of home anymore. There are tables and lounge chair for sun tanning right next to the bananas and coconut trees. On property there's also Mac nuts trees, tangerines, soursop and lychee, you get to really experience Hawaii! Please park at the guest parking, or side of the house, there's also free parking on the street! This room is small sized, most guest love this room because it's cheaper and half the price of a hotel. Plus most of the time guests are out sight seeing and would rather save the money. If you want a larger room try our Master bedroom, Mauna Kea Room, or Waipio Studio in the same complex they have their own entrance for just $5 more. Please take a look at our photos so you are clear on what you are booking. I also have my uncle living on property if you have any questions. Please make sure you know what room you booked when you check in. We are also next to the police and fire station, maybe once every 4 months they might have a call where you hear their intercom at night, however you will feel extra safe with them next door. There are tables and lounge chair for sun tanning right next to the bananas and coconut trees. On property also has Mac nuts, tangerines, soursop and lychee, you get to really experience Hawaii!
