Fair Heaven is a great starting point for activities like swimming, boating and kayaking and, of course, beach walking. Guest access Our guests may enjoy the use of four cruising bicycles, and two kayaks. Life vests and bike helmets are provided. Other things to note To fold out the sleeper sofa: First pull the sofa away from the wall. Then pull the back toward the front slightly and back again. It should then lie flat. Pull the footer out by the handle. It slides out and pops up, so the whole sofa becomes a queen size bed. All the A/C wall remotes must be set to the same mode (i.e. heat or cool) for it to work properly. Life vests must be used on the kayaks. If the BBQ propane tank is empty, let Scott know so he can replace with a new one. Be respectful of neighbors regarding outside noise. Have fun!
