One of the best things about this house is that it's located less than a minute from Highway 11 on a paved road. This 2 bedroom home is located in a quiet neighborhood halfway between the Volcano Nat'l Park and the bayside town of Hilo(a 20 min. drive both ways).There is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and supplies (range+oven, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, utensils, table setting, and cookware).Clean and comfortable place to come back to after a day of exploring. Guest access The back half of the property is fenced off and that is where our animals (sheep, goat, cats, and chickens) reside. We ask that our guests be very careful when accessing that area, since open gates could mean that our animals may get loose and wander off. Other things to note Children 10yrs. old & younger MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times outside of the rental unit. We love children and we want to make sure that everyone is safe. *There may sometimes be a change in animals between the time you book and when you arrive.
