One Bedroom is fashionably decorated and includes One Queen Bed with High Quality Mattresses and 650 TC 100% Egyptian Cotton Sheets and a Smart TV with NetFlix and has two closets. The Second, equally fashionably decorated Bedroom is furnished with Two Full Size beds with High Quality Mattresses and 500 TC 100% Pima Cotton Sheets and contains one closet. Both bedrooms include Blackout Drapes perfect for those "sleep in" mornings, as well as ceiling fans. In true New Orleans Shotgun Fashion this unit requires guest to walk thru the first bedroom to enter the second bedroom The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with ice maker, a coffee pot with complimentary coffee and bottled water. It also includes a gas range, microwave and dishwasher w/ detergent. Also included is Cooking wares, utensils, glasses and dishes. The Bathroom has a Full Size Tub and a Huge Seperate Shower. The Living room and Dining Rooms are very comfortable spaces for you and your guest to enjoy after a long day of Exploring New Orleans or just Staying In. The living room has a Smart TV/NetFlix and a ceiling fan. The Front Porch is a "Favorite" Spot (perfect for Happy Hour) and Grilling and has a ceiling fan. It is Important to note that this is a residential neighborhood. You will be expected to be considerate to the neighbors, so we ask that you keep the noise level down after 9p Guest access The Basement is Off Limits to Guest.
