The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. Questions contact owner. 30 day rental contract, no minimum, occupancy required. In accordance with City and County Of Honolulu Ordinance Section 19-18, this property is provided to you, exclusively, for a period of 30 days or greater. By law, the property cannot be rented to or occupied by other tenants during any portion of the 30-day term covered by this Agreement. The state of Hawaii requires that all short term renters pay both the GET and TAT (Transient Accommodation Tax) on rent and fees, a total of 13.962% which are calculated in the rate. The property consists of a Main House, which accommodates 6 guests and a separate self-contained cottage. Guests have the option of renting the Main House only or renting the Cottage for an additional fee (the cottage is only rented w/ main house). The property is located approximately 500 feet from the beautiful Kawela Bay, one of Hawaii's most beautiful, peaceful, and uncrowned beached. The serene and calm Kawela Bay is perfect for both Children and Adults. It is a great place for swimming, paddle-boarding, snorkeling, sunbathing, or if you're so inclined, surfing! Truly a magical place to relax and enjoy with family and friends. MAIN HOUSE -Accommodates 6 people -(3) bedrooms: 2 King bedrooms + 2 Twin beds in one room -Bright and open concept with a fully equipped kitchen -Dining table & Chairs - (2) Contemporary bathroom/shower -Lanai/ Porch -Outdoor shower -Washer/Dryer GUEST COTTAGE -Accommodates 2 - (1) bedroom: 1 Queen - (1) bathroom/shower -TV -Small kitchenette (Refrigerator, Coffee maker, and Microwave) Guest access -Large private yard -Gas Barbeque -Outdoor shower -Beach Chairs -Boogie Boards -Assorted masks, fins, snorkels Other things to note Trash: Trash pick-up is Tuesday & Friday by 7am, please place bins at the edge of the driveway by the road beyond the house gate the night before. Gardner: Our gardener, comes twice a month to cut the lawns, pick up debris etc. Pest Control: Sandwich Isles Pest Control comes to the house on the first Tuesday of the month.
