Contemporary Family Condo (Princeville)

Experience the simplicity of the North shore at the Cliffs resort, while staying in our completely renovated family condo (2013). Enjoy the zen-like spa showers and gourmet kitchen. We have a lovely pool and hot tub complex with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxation. For meals, we have a couple gas BBQ grills under the pavilion across the parking lot from our unit. And when you're ready for an adventure, head over to the hamlet of Hanalei to soak in the wonders of the North Shore. The space The condo is a ground floor, one level end unit with dual lanais. The Sofa sleeper in living room will comfortably sleep a family of 4. Guest access Guests have access to everything, including the putting green, tennis courts, pool, kids' playground, small workout gym, bocce ball, shuffleboard and all the other amenities. The Cliffs also features classes including basket weaving, cliff-side yoga, pilates, introduction to scuba, cooking classes, and botanical tours. Other things to note The average annual temperature in Princeville is over 75 degrees. The location of the resort overlooks a cliff, and thus we are treated to a lovely south easterly trade wind. We do NOT have air conditioning in the unit. We do have a couple ceiling fans to help circulate the air in the unit, and the resort has a few portable fans available upon request. The view for our unit looks directly back into a jungle expanse, and we regularly have a family of chickens that will stream past the back lanai.
