Our upstairs end corner townhouse with vaulted ceilings features beautiful Asian Hawaiian inspired décor. Enjoy the gentle trade breeze while dining and relaxing in your private screened-in lanai overlooking the third fairway of the Fazio golf course. The comfortable living/dining area with air conditioner, 55 inch HDTV, & WiFi keep you cool and connected when desired. Air conditioned queen master bedroom has HDTV, combination tub/shower master bath. Open air conditioned upstairs loft twin bedroom, queen and half bath accommodates no more than 6. The washer/dryer laundry center in the unit presents another pleasant home away from home convenience. We have beach toys, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. for your fun in the sun, in addition to adventures offered by the Resort Concierge. Full service grocery store stocked with local tropical fruits, prepared take out, spirits and coffee only a few miles from the resort en route from the airport. Fresh fruit stands across the street add tropical treats for your Hawaiian holiday convenience. We provide starter supplies to get you through your transition into the condo; then you can restock at the local Foodland for your needs throughout your stay. Our condo is a short walk to the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay Resort, beach cove and beautiful white sands. Lie in the sun, look for shells and sea turtles or participate in resort activities. The resort offers world class golf courses, surf lessons, yoga, tennis, horseback riding, miles of walking trains, fabulous dining, relaxing spa and night time entertainment like sunset hula shows. (Check hotel concierge for daily activities). The per night, weekly and monthly pricing totals include State of Hawaii taxes. A one time non refundable cleaning fee of $250 added to your reservation, along with a refundable security deposit of $500.00 . You are close to sightseeing spots!
