Sandy, crystal-clear beach is just three houses down. Due to local regulations, this home can only be rented for periods of 30 days or longer. No breakdown in pricing or calendar settings in Airbnb shall suggest that this home can be rented for a shorter period. The space This is our home we have designed and built for our family. We live in the main part of the home and there are two identical private vacation units on the other half. This is the upstairs unit. There is another Airbnb unit directly below you. The design and style of the home would fit right in "Dwell" magazine or "Architectural Digest". Enjoy stylish furniture and linens. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you will need, including dishes, utensils, blender, rice cooker, coffee maker and all new appliances. A full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and range make the kitchen great for cooking in. Enjoy ocean breezes and some ocean views from the lanai. Living room has a leather sofa and smart TV, with fast WiFi included. The bedrooms both have queen beds and dressers. The bathroom has a sleek modern design with a double sink and beautiful glass tile. The space is well laid out and comfortable, making you feel right at home in this unique modern home. We are a kid-friendly family and if requested we can supply high chairs, pack-n-play, bassinet, and toys. Enjoy the small touches we add to make this Hawaiian rental fun and unique. Free designated off-street parking for one vehicle is available in front of our home. There is no street parking on our street, so please plan on having only one vehicle. Guest access You will have your own private entrance and outdoor lanai area. Guests are welcome to use the shared backyard space anytime. You will have access to beach gear, including towels, sand toys, surf boards, boogie boards, and beach umbrellas. Free designated off-street parking for one vehicle is available in front of the home. There is no street parking on our street. Please plan on having only one vehicle. Other things to note This is our own home that we designed ourselves and made sure the rental unit is as private and nice as possible. The unit has two queen size beds so sleeps 4 guests comfortably. If additional guests are in your party please note they will be sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. There is also a pack-and-play crib in the apartment.
