Full kitchen. 1 California king size bed, desk with chair, and breakfast table with 2 chairs, dresser, night stand , T.V with Netflix/Hulu /Amazon Firestick capability. House is only 5 years old so space is nice and clean. Guest access Private unit and entrance on lower level of two story home. Door is next to the garage. Other things to note Does have AC. No washer/dryer but washerette less than 5 minutes away. Kitchen includes Induction stove top, refrigerator, microwave, toaster/convection oven, sink, tea kettle, and coffee maker.
