Magnificent water views from every room. Walk out to level lot and spacious outdoor sitting area w/ commercial grade bar and grill. Take kayaks out for an early morning sun rise. Your "Sum Retreat" experience will be like no other! The space Rent a boat or jet skis that can be delivered right to the dock. Included use of : 2 Kayaks, life vests, 4 person floating mat, lake noodles, badminton set, croquet set, corn hole game. Guest access Lower level walk out, outdoor space. During your stay Our goal is to provide you complete privacy all while making sure your needs are met. We live in upper level of home, so we are available when needed.
