Our family home is less than a mile right off of highway 11 located on our 1 acre orchard with fruiting trees for your eating pleasure! Just 25 minutes to the volcano, 15 minutes to Hilo town, and 1 minute to a store, cafe, and gas station, the location of our home is ideal! With a trampoline for the kids, covered swing for mom and dad, and covered porch for relaxing, this home is sure to suit your needs! Come and experience the beauty of our land and comfort of our home! The space Our home is ideal for families wanting to visit the volcano yet want to remain centrally located to Hilo town. For nature lovers as well as those wanting to remain indoors, our 3 bedroom plus bonus room and 3 bathroom home on one acre of land can meet all of your needs. With a fully fenced in yard, trampoline, fire pit, swing, flowering & fruiting trees as well as an outdoor lanai for eating, adults & children alike are sure to be pleased! Guest access Our guests have full access of the entire property except for a small cottage and the garage for parking. (On Mondays & Fridays my husband massages his clients in the small cottage near the main house. On those days, his clients may access the bathroom that is in the garage.) Guests may wash their clothes in the washer and dryer in the garage but parking is on the driveway as opposed to in the enclosed garage. Guests may pick flowers and fruit and utilize the trampoline, swing, fire pit & picnic table eating area outside. Guests may not however use the treadmill, grill, & outside freezer. Other things to note If you desire a massage, please contact me and we can arrange a massage with my husband. He is a third generation licensed massage therapist and can service you in his massage cottage located on our property.
