Downtown Grinnell Loft

Come experience small town living in the heart of downtown Grinnell. In 2017, I completed the historical renovation of this 100 year old gem that was vacant for a few years. You will notice the soaring ceilings and the gleaming hardwood floors once you step inside my loft. Situated next to the Strand Movie Theatre, you'll be within walking distance of Grinnell College, grocery stores and many restaurants. The space My loft is located in a historical building with stairs and no elevator access. It it walking distance from Grinnell College and perfect setup for families who may be visiting or checking it out. I have a queen size air mattress plus sofa so can potentially sleep up to 5 guests. Building has two secured entrances and a sprinkler system. Guest access I provide an assortment of tea and complimentary coffee. There is a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans and some spices should you wish to cook. You will also have access to laundry room. Other things to note No pets or smoking allowed. Must be able to climb stairs.
