The space The unit has been completely rebuilt from top to bottom to the highest standards. It is equipped with an 18K BTU split AC (powerful enough to cool off the whole condo in the hot months), 55" flat screen / HD TV, upgraded high speed secured wifi (100 MBPS), stainless steel appliances, plush king size bed in bedroom and double size sleeper sofa in the livingroom. The condo is fully equipped with linens, cookeries and beach accessories. Large fans will keep you cool if the breeze is not enough for you. Guest access Resort amenities include pool and jacuzzi, gym, tennis court, shuffleboard, volley ball, as well as activities such as arts and crafts demonstrations. There is also BBQ facilities and even an herb garden for your cooking pleasure. Coin operated washer and dryer are located on the first floor adjacent to elevator. Other things to note It is renter’s responsibility to accurately report the number of guests for the reservation. Failure to do so at booking (if not corrected prior to check in) will result in a fine of $300 in addition to the extra guest charge as per published rates.
