Historic Waterfront Home with Private Beach

Our family has enjoyed this community for over 50 years and recently saved a circa 1740 historic home by moving it to our 150’ of water access property preserving the rich history and charm. One of the “Three Sisters” literally moved from her view of Stage Harbor to her new home on Sears Road. We blended old with new to create a 5 bedroom experience with a modern kitchen, wine fridge, fireplace, screen porch and everything you would expect and more from a home in Cape Cod. Enjoy the beautiful private beach and test the waters via kayak or stand up paddleboards. We are just two miles from lighthouse beach and downtown Chatham. This is in a very quiet, secluded and beautiful neighborhood. Built on family property, generations owned with lots of nature and forests around to include a private beach. We rent our home only for a few weeks a year as we primarily keep it for private use so there are a lot of extra amenities not found in most vacation rentals. Enjoy walks to town or biking along the waterfront. Kitchen for the ultimate foodie: wine fridge, farm sink, duel ovens, kitchen gadgets and stocked spices. Enjoy an outdoor shower. For the adventurous, bring your own boat and stretch a line or enjoy beautiful waters and beaches. Two Paddleboards and three Kayaks available at no extra charge that can be launched right off the property for a beautiful paddle around stage harbor and oyster pond. (must sign a waiver to use the watercraft) Linens and towels are included.
