Nestled in a semi-off-grid area amidst a tropical garden with an abundance of wildlife. Our accommodations offer a unique blend of modern comfort and natural beauty. Your private studio apartment is located on the first floor of a three-story structure and features a separate entrance and a personal outdoor seating area (lanai). You'll be close enough to the ocean to hear the majestic sounds of whales during their seasonal migration. The 500-square-foot studio is bright, airy, and clean. The spacious bathroom, adorned with vibrant Italian blue tiles, features a large tub and a refreshing rain shower. Our water is sourced from a private rain catchment system, reflecting our commitment to sustainability. The kitchenette is equipped with a hot pot burner, microwave, toaster, smoothie blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, dishes, pots and pans, sink, and a small refrigerator, allowing you to prepare light meals and snacks. You'll also find a comfortable queen-size memory foam bed and a dining area for two. Our home utilizes catchment water, which is processed through a state-of-the-art filtration system that includes UV (blue) light. This system is regularly maintained by a professional Water Technician, ensuring the water is excellent for cooking, showering, and all general everyday use. We also provide a complimentary 5-gallon supply drinking water for your convenience, as some guests may prefer it over filtered catchment water. However, we do recommend bringing additional bottled water to supplement this supply, especially if you anticipate higher consumption. Your private lanai provides a tranquil space to relax and enjoy the surrounding beauty and active wildlife, complete with reliable WiFi access. We believe this cozy and cheerful studio offers the perfect setting for a rejuvenating getaway. We look forward to welcoming you to our little haven of paradise.
