Less than a mile to Craigville beach, about 2 miles to the bike path, shopping mall, movie theaters & Cape Cod Melody Tent. No smoking. No Pets preferred but consideration will be made case by case. Please advice if you have a pet at the time of the booking. The space The house is about 1,300 square feet, comfortable for a party of five to six people. There are 3 floors. Main floor has the living room with TV, kitchen, master bedroom, laundry room & a full bath. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms & one full bath. Lower level houses the finished basement with a TV & board games. The house also has a patio, a back yard with outdoor shower, a driveway that can fit 3 to 4 cars & a garage. Guest access The whole house. Other things to note The house is fully furnished and includes but not limited to the following items: sheets, pillow case, comforters, bath towel, beach towel, beach chairs, beach toys, shampoo, shower gel, bottled water, snacks, spices, oil, coffee, tea, iron, hair dryer.
