The driveway, walkway, downstairs outdoor shower, and the washer & dryer are all shared. You have your own private entrance to your home as well as all of the upper deck space is dedicated for your own use. There is another detached home on the property which has its own dedicated entrance but does share the common amenities. The downstairs common area is for the use of the single level home guests while the upstairs deck is only for your use. We like to give our guests privacy and are available by phone, text, or email if needed. Stop by the SUNRISE SHACK for some of the best BULLET COFFEE and local fruits and snacks in the morning.
