Retreat to one of our two inviting bedrooms, each furnished with brand-new, hypoallergenic mattresses for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious queen bed and a 4K smart TV, while the second bedroom offers one queen bed and two cozy twin-size beds, also equipped with a 4K smart TV. All beds are adorned with new mattresses and allergen-proof mattress pads and encasements to ensure a restful night's sleep. Additionally, there's ample space in the living room or master bedroom for an air mattress or cot if needed. EXTERIOR FEATURES: After a day of seaside adventures, return to our newly landscaped yard, where you can unwind in the shade or soak up the sun on our private dining patio with a brand-new picnic table. Our house rental operates on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis for your convenience, with contactless check-in available via a primary lockbox at the front door and garage access with code. After a long day at the beach our hot/cold outdoor shower is ready to enjoy! For your short walk to our beach, we offer you a convenient beach wagon, a small cooler, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. Guests also have access to our comfortable space to unwind after exploring our beach community and all that the Cape has to offer. Other things to note AROUND THE LOCATION: We are a convenient drive to Stop & Shop, route 6A and cafes and restaurants; including Riverview Cafe, Cafe Chew, Fisherman's View, The Local, and the Brown Jug are to name a few. Enjoy the shops along Maine Street and much more! Take a short drive to the Historic Sandwich Village with local gardens, shops, bakery's, bistro's, and charming cafes. Lots of places to visit such as the Dunbar Tea House, Tree House Brewery, Off the Grid, Daniel Webster Inn & Spa, the Heritage Museum, and so many more! Hyannis on Main is just a 15 minute drive too! Please keep in mind most New England beaches can be a little rocky in certain areas. We recommend bringing water shoes or sneakers to walk along some areas of our beautiful beach. Our home is equipped with the basic cleaning supplies such as, a roll of paper towel, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, trash bags, disinfectant counter cleaner, a vacuum, hand soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and toilet paper. Our beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc are located in our garage! We kindly ask that our home remains smoke free & pet free! We offer a detailed binder to help guide you to delicious local dining, Cape Cods attractions, activities and much more! - CLEANING- Our home is carefully and meticulousoly cleaned between each stay following enhanced cleaning protocols.
