Your vacation home has its own private entrance, kitchen, dinning room, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, oceanfront lanai, and side yard. Only two vehicles are allowed, and use of the home is for registered guests only. Please be respectful of the neighbors and not allow other visitors to come to the home. Other things to note The Sea Cliff house is a 2-unit, side-by-side townhome. The homes are virtually identical and both are hosted by Geoff. Because this home is part of a 2-unit townhome, we ask that you please respect the privacy and quiet (especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM) of those next door. We live in the front house, and we love sharing our neighborhood with guests who respect our property, community, and family-friendly environment. Two items that are strictly enforced are the two-vehicle limit, and the use of the home only to registered guests (please do not invite friends/family over who are not staying at the home without our prior consent).
