We have the best location next to the Tennis court, BBQ pit and Pool! Or you can walk to the beach to Surf, Snorkel, Sun Bathe or People watch. -Downstairs unit. Access to condo does require stairs. Please be aware there is no elevator. -No central A/C, A/C units in both bedroom and living areas -Master bedroom w/Cal King bed -Fully equipped kitchen -Bath towels/linens provided -Great screened in Patio (lanai) -TV, Cable, Wireless Internet -Charcoal required for BBQ, available at local grocery stores. ....Just bring a bathing suit and you are ready to enjoy life, Hawaiian style. Guest access Guests will have access to 3 different swimming pools with BBQ's. There are Tennis Courts on the property right next to the condo and an additional BBQ area. (Charcoal) BBQ areas are first come, first served. 2 parking passes are provided. Park in numbered spot 177. Guest parking available for second vehicle. Parking passes MUST be visible in vehicle(s) at all times. Interaction with guests: I am always available via Phone, Text and Email. I live locally and can help with any questions or concerns guests may have. Other things to note: We purchased a guidebook when we moved here called Oahu Revealed and (WalMart and Costco, or online) that has been really informative and unbiased. As for our recommendations: we love the Polynesian Cultural Center less than 15 min away in Laie. It's one of our favorite places. You can tour villages, attend a luau and see a fabulous night show Ha- Breath of Life. Eat at Seven Brothers in the Laie shopping center and try the Paniolo Burger. (paniolo=cowboy) Snorkeling is a must- Sharks Cove is one of our favorite spots. Head to world famous Ted's Bakery for pie on the North Shore. The town of Haleiwa, 15- 20 min away is a frequent stop for us. The shrimp trucks on the North Shore never disappoint. Matsumoto's Shave Ice is perfect after playing at Waimea Bay where you can jump off the big rock, boogie board, swim, and enjoy one of our favorite beaches. Waimea Valley is just behind the bay and is a beautiful nature preserve with an easy hike and waterfall pool you can swim in. There is so much to see! Check out the guidebook for more ideas :-) of course you'll want to see Waikiki- great place to learn to surf (Turtle Bay also has a good surf school). This really doesn't scratch the surface, but gives you some highlights- our favorite luau/ show is the Chief's Luau at Wet 'n' Wild or the Marriott Ko Oat Lina Resort. Plan on travel time of at least an hour from Honolulu International Airport. We offer free parking on site, and require that you visit the security office upon arrival to obtain a parking pass. Our 24 hour security monitors our community closely and will cite vehicles that do not have a pass in view. A second parking pass may also be obtained, and a second vehicle may park overnight in a guest spot. A a second vehicle may park overnight in a guest spot with a guest pass. Kuilima West Community House Rules: *Quiet Hours* 10pm to 8am. Smoking in prohibited anywhere on the property. All vehicles must be parked within a parking space. The use of Fireworks at any time anywhere on the property is prohibited. Storage is prohibited on front entries and lanais. Towels and laundry shall not be hung on lanais. Swimming and use of the pool areas is permitted only from 9am to 9pm. Please read and obey all rules posted at each pool.
