Private Master Bedroom on the main strip of Historic Honokaa town! 10 mins to Waipio Valley (2nd most visited spot) black sand beaches & waterfalls. Being north makes it easy to explore either side of the island! 1 min walk to restaurants, shops, groceries, pub. Includes, free parking, cable, wifi, & across the street is a free public pool. Koi pond in the courtyard, you get to experience a true indoor/outdoor Historic Hawaiian Plantation house! Adults over 18 only. The Master Bedroom has as sitting area with two chairs, with a peak of ocean! a very spacious room! With Hawaiian style furniture and a fan that keeps the room cool for hot nights. The walls are thin in the rooms, we do provide ear plugs but if you are sensitive to noise try our Ohana it’s a separate unit by itself for a little more. Bathrooms and kitchen are shared in separate areas this is great because the bedrooms are quite. When you walk out of the house there's an open air walkway out side with Koi pond that connects to the shared kitchen and bathrooms this is what I fell in love with you. You get to experience the historic Hawaiian style plantation house. Because the house is a shared space it is Adults only over the age of 18, it's not suitable for Children or infants. Because of the stairs it is also not wheel chair friendly. Thank you for your understanding. We also have Uncle Jimmy living on property for maintenance and security, sorry he doesn't speak much English, please make sure you know what room you booked when you check in, and please message through the app if you have any questions. Property Hawaii Tax # - TAT Tax ID: TA-202-859-1104-01 Honokaa HI 96727 The Hawaiin complex has a total of 5 bedrooms. They all are private with a keyless lock so you can check in at your convenience from 4pm-9pm, all you need is a code to get in. The Master private room labeled #2 , is in located in the 3 bedroom house section of the Hawaiian Complex, you punch in the code and the key will be hanging by the bedroom door for added security. The house has a 48 inch TV in the shared living room and seating area. When you walk out of the house you have an outside open air walk way outside with koi pond and garden connecting to the 2 shared bathrooms, shared full kitchen with stove oven, coffeemaker, pots pans dishes etc. The walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper I recommend the Mauna kea Room which has it’s own direct entrance to room or the Waipio on the opposite end of the complex and direct entrance to room. The outside walk way is designed for good energy and feng shui plus it's away from the sleeping area making it's more quiet. You get to enjoy the original historic plantation style home, truly one of a kind. This is the reason why I fell in love with the property, you don't get to experience these style of home anymore. There are tables and lounge chair for sun tanning right next to the bananas and coconut trees. On property there's also Mac nuts trees, tangerines, soursop and lychee, you get to really experience Hawaii! Please park at the guest parking, or side of the house, there's also free parking on the street! Please take a look at our photos so you are clear on what you are booking. I also have my uncle living on property if you have any questions. Please make sure you know what room you booked when you check in. We are also next to the police and fire station, maybe once every 4 months they might have a call where you hear their intercom at night, however you will feel extra safe with them next door. There are tables and lounge chair for sun tanning right next to the bananas and coconut trees. On property also has Mac nuts, tangerines, soursop and lychee, you get to really experience Hawaii! Please park at the 2guest parking in back, or 2 side of the house, there's also free parking on the street! To ensure everyone enjoys their stay please be mindful of the quite hrs 9pm-8am. This is a one of kind Hawaiian house you get to experience a piece of history. Mahalo. We work our best in keeping the property clean, however it is inevitable that we may miss something as we have 12 rentals. If there's anything wrong with the room, please let us know right away, this way we can make it right during your stay. Our goal is to create a 5 star review and we will do the same for you! If you have an questions or concerns please text Courtney at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) between 9am-9pm. Please enjoy your stay! Is a safe neighborhood and we are right next to the fire and police station so it's very safe. You are on the main strip so it's easy to walk to town to the restaurants, groceries, markets, shops and pub! Free public pool across the street. Also my shave ice shop is just in front, make sure you stop by! Just let them know you are my renter and they will give you free toppings or ice cream with your shave ice! I would recommend a car since the island is Big. However there is a bus that takes you right next to the rental and you can walk to town if you prefer to take the bus. Please remove all your food from the shared space when check out, if you have any food you do not need and don't want to throw away please give to Uncle Jimmy he will appreciate it or pass it on to others that need. Mahalo
