The space The Master Bedroom is the largest of the three-bedroom house section and offers a cozy sitting area featuring two chairs and a peek of the ocean! It is tastefully furnished with Hawaiian-style furniture and equipped with a fan to keep the room cool on hot nights. Shared Amenities: The bathrooms and kitchen are located in separate areas, ensuring the bedrooms remain peaceful. Outside, an open-air walkway with a koi pond connects the shared kitchen and bathrooms. This unique feature is one of the reasons I fell in love with this historic Hawaiian plantation-style house - you won’t find many like it anymore! Important Notes: - This is an adults-only property for guests aged 18 and over; it is not suitable for children or infants. - Due to stairs, the property is not wheelchair accessible. - Uncle Jimmy lives on-site for maintenance and security. While he doesn’t speak much English, he’s here to help ensure the property is well-kept. The Master Room (#2) is located in the three-bedroom house section of the complex. Simply enter the code, and you’ll find the key hanging by the bedroom door for added security. The house includes a shared living room with a 48-inch TV and a seating area. Outside, there’s an open-air walkway with a koi pond and garden connecting to the two shared bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, coffeemaker, pots, pans, and dishes. Important Notes: - The walls are thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, we recommend the Mauna Kea Room or Waipiʻo Room, both with direct entrances for added privacy and quiet. Please contact us for availability! - The outdoor walkway is designed for good energy and feng shui, and it’s located away from sleeping areas to ensure a peaceful environment. - This historic plantation-style home is truly one of a kind, offering a rare opportunity to experience Hawaii’s architectural heritage. - Enjoy tables and lounge chairs for sunbathing near the banana trees. The property also features tangerine and soursop trees, giving you an authentic taste of Hawaii. Parking: There are 2 private guest parking stalls at the back of the building, 2 on the sides, and free street parking in front. Additional Details: - Please review the photos carefully to ensure you understand what you are booking. - We are located next to the police and fire station. While intercom announcements are rare (once every four months, on average), their proximity adds to your safety. - Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests.
