Full-size kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove with oven, microwave, Keurig, and Mr. Coffee coffee maker with bean grinder, pots, pans, and all utensils. The water system has been updated with dual filtration and is UV treated. The kitchen has an additional 4 stage reverse osmosis filtration system. All water is drinkable. Your large park like yard has gardenias, night blooming ginger, huge hapu'u ferns and anthuriums. There are many kinds of fruits to enjoy when in season. Tangerines, mountain apples, lychee, oranges, star fruit, white pineapple, banana, and avocado. Other things to note Hale Leilani is located in a residential neighborhood. Quiet time after 9pm. Enjoy the Hot Tub and the outdoor space. Please be considerate of our neighbors. No large parties or events allowed. This is a non smoking residence.
