Retreat to Cape Cod Home on Water

Private home built in 1906. Two lovely guest rooms in an ideally Cape Cod home overlooking Nantucket Sound and the Centerville and Bumps rivers. Both rooms have window seats and provide a traditional New England style. You will love the proximity to the ferries, P-Town, Woods Hole, great beaches, lakes, restaurants, theaters, shopping and whale watching. Both rooms have AC. Sorry to say, but my listing is not suitable for children under the age of 12; because of stairs and dock. The space Our location is desirable for our proximity to theaters, Dowses and Craigville beaches, lakes, parks, museums, churches, Four Seas Ice Cream, Melody Tent, Centerville Country Store and restaurants. Yet our property is surrounded by nature: water, marshland, herons, osprey, sunsets and beautiful moonlight. A public boat landing is less than half a mile away. Osterville Village and Centerville Village are only a mile away. You can sit on our dock and watch Osprey soar down into the river to catch fish and enjoy the Solo Bonfire fire pit at night. The bedrooms receive plenty of light and are spacious with an adjoining dressing and sitting room. Bedroom number one has two single beds and a television. Bedroom number two has a king size bed, ceiling fan, two spa robes and overlooks the river. Outside the rooms is a breakfast station with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. Breakfast is continental style. Guest access Residential neighborhood therefore a vehicle is needed to get around. There is a deck, front yard and dock for relaxing. There are stairs to get to the dock and to your bedrooms. Parking is on the property. An extra guest fee is charged for third and fourth guest (in your party) in second room for $75 per guest per night. If only 2 guests and each want your own room there is a $75 room charge per night for that second room. Please state that there are only 2 guests and each want a separate room when booking.
