Newly renovated and well-maintained, charming three bedroom (sleeps 6) cottage located down the street from the beach (.3 miles) and bike trail (.5 mile)! The cottage is located at the end of a quiet, dead-end road. Features groomed yard with a picnic table and oversized back deck w/ gas grill. Garden is well cared for with a variety of flowers and plants creating a cozy, private atmosphere out back! Three-season porch in front, vaulted ceiling w/ fan. Relax inside or out! A/C splits in house. The space Short walk to Forest Beach (0.3 miles) and Pleasant Beach. Forest Beach has a long path that runs behind the dunes, perfect for a morning walk! The cottage has been renovated - updated bathroom, sunroom, interior painting and exterior (windows, shingles, shudders). Chatham is one of the most sought after vacation spots on the Cape with beautiful beaches, a quaint downtown area for fine/casual dining, golf, biking trails, morning beach yoga, wonderful shopping and much, much more! Guest access The cottage features a large screened-in-porch with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fan, oversized back deck with a natural gas grill, flowering window boxes, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, cable tv, dvd, internet/WiFi, A/C splits, indoor and outdoor showers, washer/dryer and many more amenities. Other things to note Saturday (check-in after 2pm) to Saturday (check-out by 10am) rental. Pets allowed (no more than two), we do ask for details on the furry family member(s) upfront before booking. Saturday to Saturday (7 day) rentals in the summer (May 24th - August) and October & November - minimum 4 night stay. The 4 night minimum in May must end on the 24th, with a checkout date of the 24th at 10am.
