This condo is uniquely situated away from the main Princeville "hub", tucked in a quiet neighborhood. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, washer/dryer, & split AC units! We provide you with beach gear & more! This condo is only a 20 minute walk to the ocean! Come relax and unwind in beautiful Kauai! This condo comes with FAST WiFi for connecting to the Smart TV; guests have access to Netflix, Hulu & Disney+! The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals at home and has been recently remodeled! There are two beautiful bedrooms each with a comfortable Queen size bed. (Brand new beds purchased in Dec. 2021)! We provide all linens, towels, blankets, and pillows! There is a bathroom between these two bedrooms. We get you started with basic paper and soap products, then you take it from there! We provide you with beach gear like beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, sand toys and much MORE! The condo is equipped with everything you would need and then some! There are board games, puzzles, and books. There is a hair dryer, iron/ironing board provided. Due to C*vid we cannot provide any shared food items in the condo (oil,salt/pepper/spices) sorry for the inconvenience. Please pack these with you! There is a drip coffee maker, hot kettle, pour over, French press and a coffee grinder in the kitchen. We recently added split AC units upstairs in each bedroom, which help for cooling down the rooms during the summer months (AC is not needed in winter months). The condo gets a great trade winds breeze when the windows are open! There are also fans inside the condo for you to use. There is a nice trade winds breeze when the windows are all open. (Note: most Hawaiian homes do not have AC, the split AC units are there for warm nights). Please do NOT leave the AC unit on when you are not in the condo/room!! Guests may be charged extra for doing so. The condo is only a 15-20 minute walk to your own secluded beach via the Old Club Med Trail! You can also drive to the trail head at the end of road parking at Nourish (this is a great orange farmstand serving yummy salads and bowls.) This condo offers a unique, quiet, and residential setting for enjoying the island. It is only short walk or drive to the closest grocery store with shops and eateries. The condo offers beautiful Mountain/Garden views. The whole back of the condo looks into the lush jungle! You can sometimes hear the beautiful wild life of Kauai, the sound of the birds singing will lull you in the morning and evenings! Live like the locals do! We live off island, we come to Kauai often to visit! We have a trusted cleaner on island who can assist in case of emergency. Please note: Kauai is a tropical island, there are bugs and chickens/roosters everywhere! The roosters start crowing sometimes as early as 3am, we have some ear plugs in the condo, but you may want to pack your own! The neighborhood is a quiet complex with only a few condos, some are full-time residential and some are vacation rentals. Please be a kind and respectful visitor. Please note there is a strict quiet time of 10pm-8am in the complex. No parties, excessive drinking, smoking, or loud music is permitted. If there is a noise complaint, guests will be charged for this. Mahalo! We highly recommend renting a car, you can try through TURO. All major car rental companies operate out of the Lihue area. Uber and Lyft aren't always available on the island, most visitors find having a car is very helpful! There is a shuttle system if you would like to visit Haena State Park or Ke'e State Park on the North Shore there is a permit system for hiking the Kalalau Trail (please research this in advance.) The price includes taxes and fees. For longer stays, 14 nights or more, additional cleaning required by cleaners. Guests are responsible for this cleaning fee.
