Sustainable design and care for our island. We employ as many sustainable design principles as possible, We are partially off the grid and reduce our energy and waste footprint as much as possible. This means: 1. No Air conditioning. The house is designed/sited for a natural cross flow catching the abundant coastal trade winds. We have fans if needed. 2.
