Ala Aina Ocean Vista is a private ohana with its own private front and back entrances. It is situated on an old banana plantation located on an exotic, lush, tropical property. It provides guests with peace & quiet and offers gorgeous vistas of tropical trees, flowers, rolling green lawns and sweeping ocean views in the distance. The space First and foremost Ala Aina Ocean VIsta is proud to be a totally "Green Accommodation". We are 100% solar powered on the property and filtered Hawaiian well water. We are equipped with a sophisticated photovoltaic system that provides electricity 24 hours a day. Your dwelling has a fully-equipped outdoor efficiency kitchen, on the large private deck, with gas cooktop and small refrigerator. You can cook "under the stars"! Inside the studio there is a king-size custom bed and a private bathroom appointed with marble floors and large tiled shower (roomy enough for two). Guest access Inside we provide; an Books, Selection of Classic Board Games, Internet Access, Satellite TV, and All Linens. The large deck has a Table and Chairs for Dining and also an additional Comfortable Set of Chairs for simply relaxing. The deck is also where you can enjoy preparing your meals outside at your own fully-equipped kitchenette with Cookware, Utensils and Place Settings for two. There is a gas cooktop and a charcoal BBQ grill for cooking and a small refrigerator as well. For outdoor activities we can personally assist you with our local knowledge of great things to do. Plus we provide you with free guidebooks and maps. Additionally, we supply you with Beach Towels. There are lounge chairs on the property for sunbathing too. On the grounds are a variety of tropical fruit trees where you can pick your own seasonal selection of fruits when available like bananas, starfruit, avocados, oranges, tangerines and surinam cherries.
