Enjoy your own kitchen, bathroom, porch and living space surrounded by lush landscaping and tropical plants. The porch is surrounded by a private grassy yard with 180 deg ocean and mountain views. There are two dogs and one cat on the property - they are friendly. Your yard, patio and home is totally private and fenced from the other areas of the property where the dogs are. There is an additional space with queen size bed available for extended families or multiple guests if needed. This space is separate from the studio and accessed from the kitchen. Great place to stay and explore the island! With Green Sands, Black Sands "Punalu'u" and South Point nearby. Very peaceful place to come home to after long hikes and days of exploring. There is a private entrance and parking away from the main house. A short 2 min walk down your private entrance leads you to the golf course. You have access to you private front yard, patio and home. South Point is a scenic 20 min drive away as well is the famous green sands beach. The town of Na'alehu with the famous Punaluu Bakery, Ka'u coffee plantations and shops is another scenic 10 minutes away. Black sands beach is right down the road, about 20 minutes away. A variety of tropical fresh fruits, rolls, bagels, cream cheese, jelly’s, coffee and teas will be stocked in your kitchen for you to enjoy at your leisure. Enjoy breakfast on your private porch. The studio is newly remodeled with carpet, paint, tile floors and granite counters. It comes complete with clean sheets, towels, hand soap, plates, cups and utensils. The kitchen has a large fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The washer and dryer is a door away from the kitchen as well as a small library with mostly art and island books to explore. There is also a BBQ to use. Highly recommended to rent a car. There are many close attractions such as Green Sands, South Point and Volcano but public transportation is not located near the home. We have two other beautiful Vacation Rentals in Kailua-Kona. They are located within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of downtown Kailua-Kona. The resort complex is on the water.
