Near quaint towns and farmers markets. Real beauty and real Hawaii. Go see the sights, then come relax in your Hale. This is a brand new apartment that Joe built. Much love went into it. It is at garden level and surrounded by Ohia trees. Many windows that look out into the woods. You will hear the birds singing. It has a full kitchen, refrigerator, stove, toaster and coffee maker. Full bathroom with a walk-in beautifully tiled shower. Queen bed with high quality linens. We also provide beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler :) You will have your own large 1 bedroom apartment. You can enjoy the 5 acre yard to sit and enjoy the peaceful environment. Take a walk through the woods or watch the sun set over the ocean. Someone would always be available to help with any needs or questions you may have. We will help you experience Hawaii, so you feel like you belong. Let the island take you away :) This is a quiet neighborhood. Everyone has 5 or more acres. Many neighbors grow coffee, macnuts, avocados and fruits of all kind. We could arrange farm tours for you if you would like. We are very involved with our local community and It is a great one. There is a local bus system. You can find there schedule on line. Hele-on Bus. We are a short distance up from the highway the bus route travels on. But we do recommend you rent a car, so you can see a lot of what the island has to offer. We have many nice beaches near us, like ; Honomalino Bay, Manuka Bay Beach, Road to the Sea, (For Manuka and Road to the Sea you will need a 4X4) Ho'okena, Pu'uhonua o Honauau (City of Refuge) Two Step, Kealakekua Bay, Green Sands, and Punaluu (Black Sands). Nice quaint towns to go explore their shops, restaurants and Cafes. Like; Honaunau, Captain Cook, Kainaliu, Kailua Kona, Ocean View, Naalehu, Pahala, Wood Valley, ( There is a beautiful Buddhist Temple to visit in Wood Valley) Volcano and Hilo. Just to name a few. There are many farmers markets you can go too and get local fruits, vegetables, coffee, macnuts, fish and crafts. We can direct you to them. This island has so many things to offer ; golfing, swimming, snorkeling, diving, parasailing, horseback riding, zip lining, helicopter rides, active lava flow to go explore, star gazing on Mauna Kea, fishing, surfing and so much more. We are avid hikers so we could direct you to some great trails. We are here to help you experience Hawaii. Whether you want to go be an active tourist, sit on a beach and soak up the warm sun with a good read or just relax amongst the Ohia trees, Hawaii calls :) It's an amazing place.
