This newly remodeled condominium has been created for you. Come, relax and unwind in a historic building that is quiet, friendly, and ideally located in the heart of North Adams. You are within walking distance to everything you need. The space The unit is on the second floor. It feels much like the hallway of a hotel without all the people. If you encounter a neighbor, chances are they will be warm and friendly. There are three rooms in the condo. You enter into a room that contains the living space, kitchen, a table for dining, and a window for plenty of light. It is spacious, with plenty of space to move around. The kitchen is well equipped with a small refrigerator, an electric stove, a coffee pot, a french press, an electric kettle, a microwave, and a toaster. The couch easily pulls out into a queen-size bed. There is one bathroom with a shower that has been recently remodeled. The bedroom has a full bed, a desk, tv, and a comfortable leather chair for relaxing by the window. The condo has wi-fi and a smart tv where you can easily access your favorite subscriptions. The Crystal Well is located in one of downtown North Adams most distinctive buildings. The Flatiron dates back to 1830. Take a stroll down historic Eagle Street. Check out the many great restaurants around downtown. Explore our historic Public Library and head up Main Street towards Big Bling and find our world-class contemporary art museum Mass MoCA. Please note: The unit is on the second floor and the stairs are a bit steep so it won't be suitable for someone who isn't comfortable climbing stairs. Guest access You will have access to the entire 1 bedroom condominium. Other things to note YOU WILL NEED TO PRINT A PARKING PASS AND BRING IT WITH YOU. THE INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER YOU BOOK. The parking is $15 for 3 days and is very close by. If you would like to bring your bikes, there is a bike rack at the top of the back stairwell for your use.
