Enjoy this rural secluded no-smoking property that is within several miles of Kalispell. Additional Tiny House rental within walking distance (see link under other details). Relax, play games, leisurely enjoy your coffee on the front deck while taking in the Mountain views or the back deck where birds also seek the solitude. In the evening, or any time of day, enjoy the newly added sunroom and/or sip your drinks and lounge in the hot tub. Grill or cook on the Blackstone outdoors as desired. The space We have a desire to share what we have with others so they can comfortably enjoy this beautiful valley we call ‘home’. Whether you get out and enjoy the area or never leave the property, it will be a pleasant and memorable experience. This is our primary residence—we are retired and rent it out on a limited basis. It’s very comfortable with three private bedrooms, kitchen / breakfast area, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a living room, and a newly added sunroom / dining room on the back of the house as well as many options to enjoy the outdoors. There are enough bedrooms for guests to have their own space and be comfortable as well as air mattresses (one queen, two twin) if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and cooking/baking needs including Instant Pots, crockpot, etc. A large variety of spices are available for your use as well. Feel free to inquire if you wonder if we have something. There are fold-up camping chairs, hard ice packs, and coolers available for use at the house or on your day excursions. If you need to work for a portion of your stay, there are desk areas. Starlink WiFi is available for your convenience. Finishing off the basement is a work in progress and is an area that is not accessible— the plan is for it to be finished someday—we don’t work as fast as we used to :(. There is an outdoor flat area in front of the house which is fantastic for frisbee, yard games (we have a number of them for your use—including croquet), or just relaxing. A large lawn area to the south and a grassy area behind the house where the hot tub is located, as well as an outdoor fire pit, are also great places to hang out. The front deck by the front door and back deck off the upstairs suite are so wonderful on our pleasant summer and fall days and great places to watch a variety of birds (from the back deck) and hummingbirds zooming in close by from the front deck. Deer (including fawns) often wander through the front pasture in the evenings. Guest access Access to main floor, upstairs, and all areas outside. Other things to note The hot tub behind the house is a great place to hang out under the stars on cool evenings. There is an outdoor front deck fire pit that is available and great to use if it’s not a hot summer night (many cool off nicely). No construction will be going on while renters are present. In case dog allergies are a concern, our grand-dogs are here on occasion to visit. There are ring cameras for security in various outside areas but not are located in the house. It’s our son and daughter-in-law’s newly built Tiny House with full amenities, including a kitchen, living room, bathroom, two bedrooms — one with a queen size bed, and a loft with two single beds, an outdoor grilling area, and a huge deck on three sides.
