The downstairs has two bedrooms, 1 and a 1/2 bathrooms with a washer/dryer in one of the bathrooms. There are picnic tables and a grill right outside your house. A block from the beach and less than a mile from town. NO SMOKING or SAND in house. JULY AND AUGUST are ONE WEEK ONLY rentals FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY!!! No daily rentals for these two and a half months, thank you! House is comfortable, very clean and close to the beach. No sand in house! Rinse feet before entering using hose on side of house. All guests have access to beach chairs, blankets and sand toys in the shed on the driveway. NO house blankets at the beach. There is a bike rack on the property as well as 2 outdoor showers. I am usually at the property or you can call me on my cell phone. The house is a block from the beach and less than a mile from town. Best way to get around is by bike, foot, LBI shuttle or car! Don’t forget to bring linens, towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper and toiletries! NO smoking and NO sand in house.
