There is no stove or oven but there is a small refrigerator and a microwave. • Located on a second floor. • WiFi Internet included. • TV with Netflix included. • Air Conditioner included during the summer (window unit) and baseboard heat across the studio for proper heating during the winter. Located in Jersey City near the PATH Grove Station, 25 minutes from the Empire State Building and 15 minutes from the World Trade Center. The subway (Path) stop is five minutes walk from the apartment. Laundries, shopping places, restaurants, and cultural centers are only five minutes away on foot. It is a very quiet and safe area. Easy access to the Holland and Lincoln tunnels. You can park your car on the street nearby. LIVING & BEDROOM: The studio includes a QUEEN-SIZE bed and a large closet. We provide sets of linens and towels for your use. The bedroom also includes a table, a chair. The space is ideal for ONE person but can accommodate TWO people. Enjoy Netflix in the flat TV. KITCHEN: There is no proper stove for cooking but there is a kitchenette with a sink and there is also a small fridge and a microwave. Coffee maker also provided. BATHROOM: enjoy the large bathroom. STORAGE: For the long term stays (over 29 days) storage in the basement is available for a small additional price. If you have furniture, boxes, or anything that you do not use often, we can accommodate storage for your things so you can have more space. Depending on what you need to store we can agree to a very reduced price. A LAUNDROMAT is one block away from the apartment. Drop-off service available. PARKING: The apartment comes with no parking or any street parking. Downtown Jersey City is not the easiest for Parking. You might find street parking, but every day is a matter of patience and luck, and you have to move the car every day for street cleaning. Therefore you cannot leave the car and forget about it. There are some areas around 10 min walking near Journal Square where Parking is much easier. There is paid private parking in the area, which you can find different options online, as prices change a lot (I recommend SpotHero as the best app to find the best deals). Additionally, Jersey City Heights has many areas for Parking, but it is a 20-minute walk from Downtown. In any case, public transport is fantastic in the area, and you can walk around to all the most exciting locations. The path train that connects to Manhattan is a 5-7 minutes walk. You have a supermarket a couple of blocks away and all the convenience of downtown JC. You will not need a car to enjoy New York Metropolitan area if you stay in the studio. Still, if you plan to drive every day and need Parking, you might want to try your luck, as indicated above, explore another location in a building with Parking, or look for places that are not Downtown.
