Enjoy this wonderful home centrally located in Dubuque! Loras College is directly across the street, and downtown is just blocks away. Minutes drive from the main highways coming into town, in a beautiful neighborhood. Off-street parking. With garage and EV charging access upon request This is a grand old Dubuque home, but please understand that it needs some updating; in the meanwhile, its clean, spacious, and comfortable for your stay! There are three bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed in it, the secondary bedroom has a full bed in it, and the small bedroom has a twin bed in it. The fourth bed is a full sized futon in the living room downstairs. The futon is very comfortable and was newly purchased in Mach of 2020. The living room now has a futon, a comfy soft chair, and recliner chair. Laundry is located in the basement. There is a half bathroom between the living room and kitchen. The large bathroom is upstairs. Our guests have access to the entire home except for a locked storage space in the basement. If a guest would like to use the garage please let us know in advance. We want you to enjoy your stay without interruption. You are welcome to contact us via the Airbnb app with any questions, concerns or needs. Our dryer is coin operated and is $1.50 a load. The washing machine is free.
