Our lovely beachside rental is the upstairs of a 3000 sq ft home that is surrounded by views of nature from the mountains to the sea. The home has a very open feeling with high ceilings and many windows so you can feel and hear the ocean. The beach is only a short walk away. The rental is all that is displalyed in the photos provided and is 3000 sq. ft. The entryway is private from the downstairs. The yard is accessible and can be used. The owners live downstairs and there is another smaller rental that may be rented as well. Other things to note Taxes are not included in the price of the reservation. Hawaii transient accommodation tax and general excise will be collected prior to arriving. The tax rate is 17.96 percent of the reservation.
